Customer Service Consultant - Full Time Position

Description: BioMedix is a developer, manufacturer, and worldwide distributor of vascular diagnostic devices and software solutions. BioMedix currently has an immediate opening for a fulltime Customer Service Consultant who is a highly motivated, professional individual with good communication skills and excellent attention to detail and follow through.

Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and clinical representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales and post sales technical and clinical questions and issues. Identify solutions that deliver exceptional care to testing physicians, vascular specialists reading Padnet tests, hospital technicians and software administrators. Plays a leading role in building and maintaining a high performance and professional customer service support team that positions BioMedix as a leader in the vascular medical industry.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Serves as company liaison with customer on technical and administrative matters, providing highly visible technical support to all customers.
  • Provide ‘on-demand” trouble shooting, diagnostics, and remote training, utilizing professional technical expertise.
  • Advise customers on the proper applications and functions of BioMedix medical devices and software applications.
  • Concisely documents customer calls, emails, inquiries and resolutions into the company support system.
  • Utilizes professional judgment in determining which customer issues require a replacement product be shipped to resolve technical problems.
  • Responsible for playing a key role in supporting the BioMedix Quality System through accurate and timely documentation of customer contacts, independently determining whether a contact is a confirmed complaint and assessing root cause analysis.
  • Responsible for maintaining absolute accuracy of the critical test site id and read site id information in the BioMedix Admin Database.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Tester, Analyzer, Documenter - Full Time Position

Location: Genoa, WI

Description:
BioMedix is a developer, manufacturer, and distributor of vascular diagnostic devices and software solutions. BioMedix has and immediate, full-time opening for a Software Tester, Analyzer, Documenter to work in our Genoa, WI office. Employee will report directly to the Chief Software Technologist and will work with the software development department to test, analyze and document software for use with BioMedix products and services.

Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Documentation of database design through the use of Database Dictionaries.
  • Documentation of Graphical User Interface (GUI) design and workflow.
  • Create software test scripts.
  • Testing of software prior to release.
  • Evaluation of customer feedback and issues.
  • Reproduce bugs and other customer issues that have been reported.
  • Document version changes for Biomedix software that has been released into production.
  • Develop user documentation and online video tutorials for the purposes of educating and training customers on how to use Biomedix products and services.
  • Perform verification and validation of software as it relates to design control.

Software Developer - Full Time Position

Location: Genoa, WI

Description:
BioMedix is a developer, manufacturer, and worldwide distributor of vascular diagnostic devices and software solutions. BioMedix has an immediate fulltime opening for a Software Developer to work in our Genoa, WI office. Employee will report directly to the Chief Software Technologist and will work with software development to design and develop software using VB.NET, C#, VB6, and ASP.NET for use with BioMedix products and services as well as analysis and design of databases using SQL Server 2008 for use with BioMedix products and services.

SQL Server 2008:

  • Create custom SQL queries for:  Data reporting, Data manipulation for the purposes of upgrading customers from one product version to another or resolving a data malformation or integrity issue..
  • Create custom data conversions which import data from other legacy systems into our system(s).  Data to be imported may exist in multiple tables and/or files within one of these formats: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, dBase, Paradox, Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere.
  • Create new tables, fields, indexes, and stored procedures within existing BioMedix database schemas.
  • Design new database schemas as needed for future BioMedix products and services.
     

C#:

Manage the Accounts payables function to ensure accurate 3 way match and appropriate supplier payments. Manage payroll processing and assist with budget planning, analysis and reporting. Trade Show Coordinator - Second Full Time Position


Description:

BioMedix currently has an second immediate, full time opening for a highly motivated, professional Trade Show Coordinator, with excellent communication, organization, team working skills and acute attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and follow through. The second Trade Show Coordinator will oversee events and trade shows, and work with the Trade Show Logistics Coordinator to plan, implement, evaluate and support meetings and conventions for BioMedix Vascular Solutions, Inc. Ensure BioMedix’s presence supports the company’s image, meets strategic marketing objectives and customer needs. Provide other marketing support as needed to ensure departmental objectives are met.

Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Responsible to oversee and coordinate all meetings (internally and externally) and conventions related to BioMedix business objectives.
  • Attention to detail and professional reporting style.
  • Define the appropriate show/event presence and oversee the details and logistics for registration, ordering of premiums, staffing, housing, demo planning, graphics design and production, assist logistics with shipment of exhibit materials, coordination of collateral materials and more as required.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, schedule changes and maintain calm and efficient demeanor to provide guidance and support while meeting project objectives.
  • Responsibilities may include working with customers, creating proposals, negotiating contracts and otherwise booking sites and/or services.   • Duties also include creating and maintaining event budgets, preparing event timelines, measurement projects and other special projects and reporting as required.

Director of Services - Full Time Position


Description:

ith general direction from the Chief Software Technologist, manages and directs the resources of the Customer Support Representatives, Clinical Specialists and Training and Implementation Departments. Directs the activities of call center and all service related departments. Provides training and coaching to the supervisory members of the customer support staff. Personally decides how to resolve the more complex issues of customer support. Participates in business management system activities and process improvement activities relating to the functions of Customer Support, Clinical Specialists, Training and Implementation.

Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Partner with the management team to align customer service, Implementation, Training and Clinical Specialist department policies and systems with company objectives.
  • Oversee customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
  • Oversee resource planning, reporting and communications for the assigned teams.
  • Provides training and work direction to department staff.

Sales Representative - Positions Available Nation Wide

 

Description: BioMedix is a developer, manufacturer, and worldwide distributor of vascular diagnostic devices and software solutions. BioMedix currently has an immediate, full time opening for a highly motivated, professional Territory Sales Representative, with good communication and team working skills, and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task, and follow through.

Responsibilities are as follows:
Responsible for delivering sales objectives for your region including new PADnet unit activations, PDMS (PADnet Disease Management System), and Software sales which make up your total net sales quotas. Specific responsibilities will include the following activities:

  • Accountable for monthly forecasts and sales quotas
  • Manage region along with RM (Regional Manager) as your own business, including personal expenses.
  • Monitor regional accounts monthly test volumes and develop strategy with RM to maximize monthly testing volumes for each installed account.
  • Scheduling and delivering (with RM) installations and PADnet/PDMS training program to customers (testing sites as well as reading sites). Also responsible for setting up and delivering follow up training sessions that ensure customers monthly test volumes are optimized.
  • Responsible for getting Podiatry schools in region installed and fully trained with PADnet.
  • Work with RM to manage trade shows/conventions in Region.
  • Work with Clinical Specialist Manager to schedule PADnet installs within your region.
  • Report any/all product issues to RM/V.P. Sales/CTO for immediate investigation.
  • Report back customer requests on new product enhancements to RM/V.P. Sales/CTO.
  • Gain complete regional understanding of competition, reimbursement, new customers, market drivers.
  • Complete monthly reports to RM and V.P. Sales.
  • Work closely with strategic partners so they are trained and presenting program to target customers.
  • Develop and revise business plan for region 2 times/year.
  • Become expert on BioMedix technology as well as the reimbursement landscape.
  • Complete and submit expense reports monthly.

Objectives:

  • Define and prioritize hub and spoke opportunities within region within 30 days.
  • Minimum of 3 new activations within first 60 days.
  • After first 60 days maintain a minimum of 2 new activations per month.
  • Personally achieve a minimum per month in PADnet, PDMS sales.
  • Exceed a yearly sales quota in BioMedix product net revenues.
  • Understand the role of Sales Representative as it relates to the policies and procedures of the BioMedix quality system.

Compensation:

  • TBD based on qualifications and experience.
  • Commissions equal to 9 to 15 of net PADnet, Software, and PDMS sales in region (based on tiered structure). Net sales to include sales of PADnet systems and monthly per test fees paid by PADnet users, and support contract revenues; in each case after deducting discounts allowed, returns, bad debt and commissions or spiffs paid to third parties who are not employees of BioMedix. Net sales also include PDMS/Software sales to end users: in each case after deducting discounts allowed, returns, bad debt and commissions or spiffs paid to third parties who are not employees of BioMedix. Net sales will not include payments from corporate partners, amounts billed for shipping and handling, internally financed systems where BioMedix engages in sale-leaseback financing to enable us to carry systems that are not purchased by end users or systems installed on a trial or right to return contingent sale transaction until any such contingencies are removed.
  • Salary will be paid in arrears in 24 equal installments on the first business day following the 1st and 16th day of each month, by electronic deposit through ADP.
  • Commissions will be accrued monthly at the rate of 9 to 15 (based on tiered structure) of net sales of PADnet (PADnet device and test/read fees) and PDMS/Software sales and will be paid monthly on the first business day following the 15th day of each month based on collections through the end of the previous month.
  • You will also be eligible to receive a bonus of 10 of annual commissions, based on meeting yearly sales goals.

  • Approved out-of-pocket expenses incurred by you will be reimbursed twice monthly in conjunction with the regular payroll.

Employment Contract:

  • Upon receipt of your acceptance of this offer of employment, we will promptly prepare a contract for your execution to formalize the terms outlined in this offer and to address such other items as you or we may deem appropriate to further clarify the terms of your employment, including a provision that your employment is at will and includes a 12 month non-compete non-solicitation period as well as any items not anticipated in this offer.
  • In addition to common provisions generally included with Employment Contracts, specific items to be included are provisions for annual performance reviews, setting annual objectives, exceptions to standard policies, if any, such as negotiated vacation plans and so forth.

Desired Requirements:

  • BS/BA Degree relative to sales.
  • 2 - 5 years equivalent experience.
  • Candidate must be a proven relationship builder and be able to manage a large region with unlimited growth and opportunity.
  • Knowledge of Peripheral Vascular Disease and the overall PAD market a plus.
